Bo Gresham - Commercial Broker at Red Rock Realty Group

Bo Gresham, a broker with Red Rock Realty Group, has over 10 years experience purchasing, rehabilitating and selling multi-family rental property in Jefferson County. As a real estate investor, he has been involved in the purchase, renovation and sale of numerous apartment complexes and residential rental properties in Birmingham. Bo received his B.S degree in Liberal Arts & Science from the University of Alabama in 1992.

Upon graduating, he worked selling construction equipment for a local distributor. Working around construction equipment led to an interest in the development and remodeling of real estate. Bo focuses on marketing multi-family properties and brokering various commercial properties. He has worked on several redevelopments in Homewood including two condo conversions and various retail redevelopments in the City of Homewood. Bo is currently working on his CCIM designation for commercial real estate and is in the process of completing course work for that designation. Bo is married and has two young daughters.
