Commercial Brokerage
We represent buyers and sellers of property and work with companies and individuals who wish to lease property. We focus primarily on office, industrial and retail properties and undeveloped land (including brown-field sites). Every property is different and consequently every property requires a somewhat different marketing strategy. We are strong believers in the use of other real estate professionals to assist in the marketing effort and we usually provide information on the property or the project to others early in the marketing process.
