Commercial Property Management
We provide property management services to owners of commercial properties, specifically office, institutional, retail, industrial and multi-family throughout the Metropolitan-Birmingham, Alabama area. We pride our self on our commitment to work closely with property owners and to always perform in the owner's best interest. We believe that value is created in real estate through a combination of attention to detail, aggressive management and leasing, and creative marketing. We currently have under management over 573,000 square feet of space which consists of approximately 254,000 square feet of office space, 295,000 square feet of retail space and 24,000 square feet of industrial space.
