Thomas C. Joyce, Jr., CCIM, CPM

Principal and EVP, Management

Thomas C. Joyce, Jr. joined Red Rock Realty Group in December 2016 as a Principal Owner and serves as Executive Vice President. Tommy is responsible for overseeing and leading the company’s property management division, business development endeavors, and direct management responsibilities of commercial assets.

Tommy has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience having managed and directed nearly 10 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. Over the last 17 years, he has developed an extensive leasing and management knowledge in the retail sector. Prior to joining Red Rock Realty Group, Tommy’s career began as an on-site property manager for a historic high-rise office building and has progressed through senior management and executive positions with other prominent Birmingham-based commercial real estate firms. His clients have included individual investors, institutional clients, and pension funds.

Tommy is a native of Birmingham, is married and has two fantastic children. Tommy enjoys, hunting, fishing, Alabama football and playing golf in his spare time.
