Brandon Pennington joined Red Rock Realty Group in February 2024 as a senior commercial property manager. Brandon is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Red Rock’s commercial portfolio, which includes maintaining and improving commercial real estate assets, monitoring the fiscal performance of the properties, and supporting the goals of tenants and owners.

Brandon has 10 years of commercial real estate experience, having managed 2.5 million square feet of retail and office properties. Brandon’s proudest career achievement is earning the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Brandon is a native of Douglasville, GA, but has lived in the Birmingham area for more than 10 years. Brandon is married to his wife, Alex, and they have a son named Brodie. Brandon enjoys traveling with his family, cooking, watching Alabama football, and playing golf.
