Casey Kear joined Red Rock Realty Group following a year with Longleaf Realty Partners. A native of Westchester, New York, Casey earned his degree in History from SUNY Albany, where he also played lacrosse.
Following college, Casey spent 17 years coaching collegiate lacrosse, including seven years at Franklin & Marshall College and 10 years at Birmingham-Southern College. After leaving BSC, he transitioned into commercial real estate, bringing the leadership, relationship-building and competitive experience from his coaching career into the industry.
Today, Casey works across a range of commercial real estate sectors, including tenant leasing, industrial, multifamily, self-storage and investor acquisitions.
Outside of Red Rock, Casey serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Birmingham Youth Lacrosse Association (GBYLA), where he helps promote the growth and development of youth lacrosse throughout Alabama.
Casey lives in Birmingham with his wife, Cody, their daughter, Lula, and their two dogs, Winnie and Dixie. The family is looking forward to welcoming their first son in early 2027.
